WE Victoriaville
Canada’s best cream cheese comes from Victoriaville, QC. It’s the star in our WE Cream Cheese Dream Puck that’s paired with bacon pastrami and Kozliks’ Sweet/Smokey Mustard Mayo.

WE Jasper
The lakes in Jasper National Park are so clear you can’t see the surface, but you certainly can see yourself enjoying our fondue cheese-filled onion ring wrapped in hickory-smoked center-cut bacon.

WE Vancouver
If you’re going to serve deep-fried Brie, you’ll need fig & pepper jelly. And the early Italian immigrants who landed in Vancouver brought fig trees with them to plant in their new city. That’s inspiration enough for us.

Canada’s Dutch immigrants first arrived on Pier 21 in Halifax NS. They brought their cheese-making expertise and a drive for perfection. WE honour them every time WE serve our WE Halifax Burger.

Richmond, BC, is known as the ‘Most Chinese City in N. America’. WE sourced our hickory smoked, center-cut bacon from the Chinese master butchers because it’s our secret flavour WEapon for wrapping our WE Mozzarella-stuffed Burger.

Canada’s apricot production is centered near Abbotsford, BC. It’s the source for our Apricot Jelly, which pairs amazingly with your Blue Cheese Filled Burger.

Shrimp + Lobster Burger
Barrington, Nova Scotia, is the Lobster Capital of Canada because of its rich lobster fishing grounds. WE combine the lobster with shrimp and secret spices in our deep-fried seafood patties.

WE Banff
The prettiest lake in Canada is Lake Louise, near Banff National Park. The 2nd prettiest is the lake of Cheddar Cheese fondue, melting over our WE Onion Crown

WE Nayon
‘Raclette’ is from the French word ‘racler’, meaning ‘to scrape’. A reference to scraping melted cheese from the wheel onto potatoes. WE paired it with our Truffle Dijonnaise and pickled red onions to balance its creaminess.

WE Innisfail
Lamb Burger
The rolling foothills of Innisfail, Alberta are home to spectacular views and the largest lamb producer in Canada. This area inspired our combination of lamb, wasabi pickle mayo, and Havarti cheese.

WE Regina
Argentinians who settled in Regina early in the 20th century brought their love of Dulce de Leche with them. WE add it to our signature BBQ sauce, making it smoky-sweet.

Chicken Burger
Smithville is known as “The Chicken Capital of Canada.” Although small, it is pretty well-known for its annual festival, Poultry Fest. Held annually in June.
